Virg Casa Headquarters

Located in Foshan, China, this four storeys project is renovated from an old building. It serves for multiple purposes, which integrates exhibition space, workplace and corporate culture display space, etc. 1F and 2F are respectively used for displaying imported products and Virg Casa’s own-label products, while 3F and 4F function as working and reception spaces. The interior space follows the open architectural design, with functional areas freely arranged alongside axes, which extends the line of sight.

Greenland Group Zhenshui Town

Located in Quliang, Zhengzhou, the project inherits Oriental, cultural and sensory aesthetics to present the magnificence of the Central Plains with regional culture and enrich emotional experience from the perspectives of five senses. The spatial structure extracts the elements of Chinese Mortise-Tenon, deconstructs and reorganizes the house from the carrier of residence, and presents it in a contemporary way. An almost entirely symmetrical layout creates a sense of ritual and makes people be in awe of Oriental cultures.

With the ocean theme of the scene design, endue the space soul, with the pixel square as the visual communication element, let the children in the game to explore the discovery of learning and growth become the core of the case, free space positioning presents the fantasy effect of education in fun. From the form, scale, color facility, structure to psychological sensory experience, the concept of space continues and enriches when all elements are integrated and colliding.

Ufia

Stepping out of the elevator room, a peak shape made of plasterboard with black artistic paint finishes protruding from the top surface, forming the peaks of the rolling hills. The ground curve of the rug is indicative of the element of water. The reception desk made of polymer materials is an extension of the ground curve in the three-dimensional space. The doorplate of each room looks like water stains on the wall. At the other end of the public area, there is a giant stainless-steel shaped water drop, which is about to drip on the ground, and it is especially shimmering under the light.

Reading Tea

In this case, the designer hopes to break the tradition and keep it at the same time, so as to achieve the symbiosis of culture and architecture. He divides the original wood into 100 mm wide and 5 mm thick wood pieces, and the circular arc space shape made of them not only retains the characteristics of woodiness, but also enables people to see the formation of new space shape. The natural stone is polished to form the uneven surface, which also makes the visual sense of stone and wood more perfect and harmonious.

BRC Star Amber

This case is located in Fuzhou. The designer expects to blend Western modern architectural classic ARTDECO style and the traditional marine culture, and project it into the overall design. The design creates a highly recognizable space with art installations and color collisions, sketches the outline with condensed lines, and discards excess decorations. Combining natural materials and light band, it breaks through the space latitude and creates a new concept of experience sales center.
