It will be used for news conference of future artificial intelligence products and new technology of government. It features modern technology and IoT concept, which is embodied by the intelligence of interior hardware facilities. In order to highlight this characteristic, the modern science and technology theme goes through the whole space.

Entering into the hall, the adoption of with white muddy water grille with bold ink floor appears like the torrent around Tuo river, which is perfect interpretation of the river culture of Neijiang. The sandbox area takes 'city' as its conception, the main space consists of white muddy water grille as the main element. The modeling of top surface of the sandbox area is designed to create an environment with natural skylight.
