This project is an 2 decades aged building, there is a planning for the old reconstruction, which the scope for the interior design and engineering works includes the 1st Basement and the 4 Storeys above ground in this villa. The massing of the staircase connecting the upper and lower floors shows the modest taste of the villa through the simple materials, the design of handrails, and the changes of light and shadow.
